Trading Bot House provides a research platform for cryptocurrency strategy backtesting, paper trading, and (optionally) automated order execution on connected exchanges via user-provided API keys. The Service is a research tool, not investment advice.
Nothing on the Service — including chat responses from AI, backtest results, paper trading results, or "best strategy" recommendations — constitutes investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. All content is for informational and educational purposes only. Past performance does not indicate future results.
Cryptocurrency trading, particularly of memecoins and leveraged derivatives, carries substantial risk of total loss. You alone are responsible for evaluating whether any strategy is suitable for you. See our Risk Disclosure.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and exchange API keys. Exchange keys are encrypted at rest using Fernet AES-128 with a server-side master key. We strongly recommend enabling withdrawal restrictions on your exchange API keys.
If you enable automated strategy execution (Live Deploy), you authorize us to place market and limit orders on your connected exchange according to the strategy configuration you have selected. You remain solely liable for all trading losses and fees.
You may pause live execution at any time via the "Kill Switch" toggle. We enforce per-deployment daily loss caps and position caps as additional safeguards; these do not eliminate all risk.
The memecoin scanner (Sleeping Giants, Runners, VIP GOLD) provides Telegram signals ONLY. We do not, under any circumstance, place automated memecoin orders on your behalf. Acting on memecoin signals is entirely at your own discretion.
Paid tiers (Pro, Elite) are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months.
We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion for violation of these Terms. On termination, all API keys are wiped; active positions on your exchange are unaffected and remain your responsibility to close.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADING BOT HOUSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF TRADING CAPITAL, PROFITS, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, excluding conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
