You can lose your entire deposit. Cryptocurrency trading, especially with leverage and especially memecoins, carries a very high risk of total loss. Only trade with money you can afford to lose completely.

1. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on Trading Bot House is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. All strategy suggestions, backtest results, AI chat responses, and "VIP GOLD" signals are for research and educational purposes. Consult a licensed financial advisor before trading.

2. Past Performance ≠ Future Results

Backtests use historical data that may not reflect future market conditions. Even our "honest" backtest engine (which force-closes at horizon and warns on look-ahead bias) cannot predict future outcomes. Live performance will differ from backtest performance due to:

Slippage (real fills happen at worse prices than assumed).
Fees (exchange takers/makers, funding rates).
Market regime changes (a strategy that worked in 2024 may fail in 2026).
Liquidity — you may be unable to exit at your target price.

3. Leverage Risk

Perpetual futures (perps) allow leverage up to 100x on some exchanges. At 10x leverage, a 10% adverse move liquidates your position. Never use more leverage than you understand.

4. Memecoin-Specific Risks

Memecoins (pump.fun, Solana meme tokens) carry unique risks:

Rug pulls — developer drains liquidity, price goes to zero within seconds.
Honeypots — you can buy but not sell.
Insider dumps — early holders exit into your buy.
Liquidity collapse — no bids at any price.

Our scanner has filters (scam_detector, insider dump, wash trading) but none catch 100% of scams. Assume any memecoin can go to zero.

5. Signals-Only Memecoins

The memecoin feed (Telegram signals, VIP GOLD channel, EARLY_RUNNER alerts) is signals-only. We do NOT auto-execute memecoin trades on your exchange because the slippage and rug risk are unacceptable for automated systems. Buying signals is entirely at your discretion.

6. Automated Execution Risk

If you enable Live Deploy for BTC/ETH/SOL strategies, the system will place market orders on your exchange automatically. Risks include:

Exchange API downtime → order not placed, missed exit.
Bugs in our code → wrong side, wrong size, wrong symbol.
Network latency → fills at worse prices than expected.
Circuit breakers or daily loss cap trip → strategy pauses without warning.

Always monitor deployed strategies. Use the kill switch if you are unsure.

7. LLM Hallucination Risk

The AI chat may generate strategies that reference non-existent indicators, incorrect thresholds, or unrealistic assumptions. Always review the generated JSON before running a backtest. Do NOT deploy live without a paper-trading phase.

8. Regulatory Risk

Crypto trading regulations vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for tax reporting and legal compliance in your country. Some jurisdictions ban leveraged crypto trading for retail investors.

9. Custody Risk

Funds on exchanges are not held by Trading Bot House. Your exchange may be hacked, frozen, or become insolvent (FTX, Celsius, BlockFi are precedents). We recommend keeping only trading capital on the exchange.

10. Tax

Every trade is a taxable event in most jurisdictions. Track your trades and consult a tax professional.

11. Circuit Breaker & Kill Switch — Not a Substitute for Judgment

Our per-deployment daily loss cap and kill switch reduce but do not eliminate risk. A single black-swan candle can breach any threshold before it fires.

12. No Guarantee of Continuity

We may pause, degrade, or shut down the Service at any time. Deployed strategies will stop firing. Existing positions on your exchange remain your responsibility.

13. Acknowledgment

By using Trading Bot House, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Risk Disclosure and accept full responsibility for all trading outcomes.
