User Data Deletion

You can request deletion of all data Trading Bot House holds about you — including account data received via Google or Meta (Threads/Instagram/Facebook) platforms — at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] with the subject “Data Deletion Request” from the email address linked to your account (or include your Threads/Instagram username if the request concerns social platform data).
2. We will confirm receipt within 72 hours.
3. All associated data — account record, strategies, chat history, backtests, paper-trading positions, and any platform data received from Meta — is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.
4. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

What gets deleted

• Your account (email, name, profile picture)
• Strategies, chat history, backtest results, paper/live positions
• Encrypted exchange API keys
• Any data received from Meta platforms (e.g., Threads post IDs processed by our tools)

Data we are legally required to retain (e.g., payment/invoice records processed by Stripe) is kept only as long as the law requires.
